When you need one

You don't need an NDA to get a quotation. Our confidentiality commitments already apply to every requirement, whether or not anything is signed — including that suppliers never see your identity.

An NDA makes sense when your own policy requires it, when the bill of material itself reveals a product you haven't launched, or when you're supplying into defence, rail, aerospace or a government programme with its own disclosure rules.

How it works

1. Tell us it's needed. Use the form below, or just say so in your first email.
2. We send the agreement. Our standard mutual NDA covers both directions and runs for three years from signature. Within one working day.
3. Or use your paper. If your legal team has a template, send it — we'll review and revert with any comment rather than insisting on ours.
4. Signature. Electronic signature is fine. We countersign and return a copy.
5. Then share. Send the bill of material and we begin sourcing.

What our standard NDA covers

• Mutual — obligations run both ways, not just in our favour.
• Scope — technical specifications, bills of material, drawings, pricing, and the fact and content of discussions.
• Term — three years from signature, with confidentiality surviving for that period.
• Carve-outs — the usual: information already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or a court.
• Onward disclosure — we may share the de-identified technical requirement with suppliers in order to source it, which is how the platform works. We flag this explicitly rather than burying it.
• Governing law — India, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, unless we agree otherwise.
