Government & PSU supply

India-made first. Global where the tender allows.

Netrecx supplies industrial products to government departments, PSUs, Railways and defence establishments. We read the bid, check whether each line can be met with an eligible make, and answer it with the documents the bid actually asks for — one bidder, one compliance matrix, one delivery.

What we do

Four ways we work with public buyers

Tenders

Multi-item tenders and BOQs

Bids that bundle many items from many manufacturers — electrical supply packages, workshop and laboratory equipment, spares lists, utility packages. No single maker covers them; a supply network does.

  • Every line matched to an eligible make before we bid
  • Local-content class stated per line
  • OEM authorisation (MAF) arranged where the bid asks for it
  • One compliance matrix for the whole BOQ
Before the tender

Budgetary quotations

An indent needs a cost estimate before it becomes a tender. Send the specification and we return a budgetary quotation with make options and their local-content class.

  • Specification read for function and rating
  • At least two eligible makes named wherever the market has them
  • Validity, delivery and taxes stated

Installed base

Same-make spares

Plants, workshops, depots and substations run installed equipment — Indian and global — that needs the matching part rather than an equivalent.

  • Part identified from nameplate, drawing or old PO
  • Sourced through authorised channels
  • Obsolete parts cross-referenced, with the change stated
Beyond delivery

Supply with installation & AMC

Where the scope includes erection, commissioning or maintenance, execution is carried by Mecwerx, our engineering arm within Dryshades Private Limited, under the same order.

  • Supply-and-install and turnkey packages
  • AMC with scope, response time and spares stated
Make in India

How local content is handled

Under the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, a supplier’s local-content class decides whether it can bid and whether it gets purchase preference. We treat it as a property of each product line, not of a brand.

Class-I local supplierLocal content of 50% or more. Our first choice on every government line.
Class-II local supplierLocal content of 20% or more and below 50%. Offered where the bid admits Class-II.
Non-localBelow 20%. Offered only where the tender allows it — for example, where there is no adequate local capacity or the bid is a global tender.

What we declare

  • The local-content class of each line, against the manufacturer’s own declaration
  • Where the Order requires it for larger procurements, the auditor’s or accountant’s certificate from the manufacturer
  • Country of origin on every line

What we will not do

  • Claim a local-content class a manufacturer has not certified
  • Offer China-origin makes against government bids — those are supplied to private buyers only
  • Claim MSE purchase preference or EMD exemption where the bid reserves it for manufacturers

Government & PSU buyers ask

Is Netrecx a registered GeM seller?

Yes. Netrecx is the procurement platform of Dryshades Private Limited, a registered GeM seller (seller ID ZNY2260013937447), MSME registered under Udyam (UDYAM-HR-07-0034799).

Can Netrecx give a budgetary quotation for an estimate or indent?

Yes. Send the specification or the draft BOQ and we return a budgetary quotation with make options, the local-content class of each make, GST, validity and delivery terms, formatted for an estimate file.

Do you supply Make in India Class-I products?

Yes. Class-I local makes (50% or more local content) are our first choice on every government line, and the local-content class of each line is declared against the manufacturer's own declaration.

Can you supply Siemens, ABB, Schneider and other global brands against government tenders?

Yes, where the tender allows it, where the specification names the make, or where installed equipment needs the same make. Many global OEM lines are made in India and qualify as Class-I or Class-II.

Do you supply same-make spares for PSU plants, railway workshops and substations?

Yes. We identify the part from the nameplate, drawing or an old purchase order and source it through authorised channels. Obsolete parts are cross-referenced and the change is stated.

Can you arrange OEM authorisation (MAF) for a bid?

Where a bid asks for an OEM authorisation, it is arranged through our OEM partners and produced with the bid.

Do you offer supply with installation, commissioning or AMC?

Yes. Erection, commissioning and annual maintenance are executed by Mecwerx, the engineering arm of Dryshades Private Limited, under the same order.

Where is Netrecx located and which states do you supply?

The registered office is in Bahadurgarh, Haryana and the procurement desk operates from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We supply government and PSU buyers across India.

Have a bid number, a BOQ or an indent?

Send it as it is. We come back with make options, local-content class and pricing.
