Acceptable Use

Permitted use

The platform is for businesses sourcing or supplying industrial goods and services. Buyers may submit requirements, receive quotations and place orders. Suppliers may receive enquiries, quote and fulfil them.

Not permitted

• Submitting requirements you have no intention of ordering, in order to extract market pricing.
• Offering counterfeit, misdeclared, stolen or grey-market goods, or misrepresenting authorisation you do not hold.
• Attempting to identify the counterparty behind an enquiry or quotation, or to contract around the platform after being introduced through it.
• Scraping, bulk-extracting, or automating access to catalogue, pricing or manufacturer data.
• Uploading malware, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probing the platform without authorisation.
• Using the platform to breach export controls, sanctions or procurement law.

Enforcement

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach this policy, withhold pending transactions, and report unlawful conduct. Where a breach causes us or another user loss, we will pursue recovery.
