Who can register as a supplier on Netrecx?
Manufacturers, authorized distributors, stockists and OEM-authorized channel partners across our 15 categories — electronics, electrical, automation, networking, IT, fiber, instrumentation, MRO, material handling, packaging, surveillance and machinery. GST registration is required; GeM-registered sellers and OEM-authorized vendors are prioritized.
Is there any fee to join the supplier network?
No. Registration and listing on the Netrecx supplier network are free. You receive sourcing enquiries (RFQs) matched to what you supply, and quote directly — no subscription, no listing charge.
How do I receive enquiries after registering?
Once your profile is verified, our sourcing desk routes matching RFQs to you by email and WhatsApp. You quote your price, lead time and the make you can supply. Enquiries are matched by your declared brands, categories and GeM/OEM status.
Does Netrecx share my details with buyers?
No. Netrecx operates as a single-window sourcing partner. You quote to Netrecx; the buyer's identity stays with us and yours stays with us. You deal only with the Netrecx desk.
How long does verification take?
Most profiles are reviewed within 1–2 working days. Having your GSTIN, OEM authorization letters (if any) and GeM Seller ID ready speeds this up.
